The Golf Talent Summit takes place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Blue Hills Country Club in Kansas City, MO.

Centered on workforce recruiting and retention, this $20 event connects golf industry personnel—including General Managers, Superintendents, and Golf Professionals—with executive facility leaders like Board Presidents and Parks Directors to build aligned, sustainable talent pipelines.

Workshop topics cover the Gen Z mindset shift, employer branding, grassroots pipelines, certification pathways, executive sourcing, and data-driven budgeting, with attendees eligible to earn continuing education credits for GCSAA members (.20 education points). FLYER
